The Code of Conduct’s Language Test Appendix includes an overview of language tests that have been accepted in the context of the Code of Conduct. The providers and the tests all meet the ‘Higher Education Code of Conduct Language Test Standard’. An updated version of the Code of Conduct’s Language Test Appendix will take effect on 1 October 2026. This new version will apply to prospective international students who enroll for the 2027-2028 academic year. The Appendix has now been made available on the Code of Conduct website.
The Language Test Assessment Committee has recently received three applications. The Linguaskill and Linguaskill Business language tests have been added to the table. IELTS Online has been added to the table of online tests. One application was rejected. In addition, the new scale score for the TOEFL iBT test has been incorporated. Advisory reports from the language test providers who feature in the language table can be found on the Code of Conduct website: Reports by language test providers – international study
The next application period, during which language test providers can apply for inclusion in the language table, will run from 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027. Do you have questions about the procedure or the Language Tests appendix to the Code of Conduct? Please feel free to contact us.
