On this page you will find the most recent versions of the Code of Conduct Higher Eudcation, the Rules and Regulations, the Diplomalist and the non-limitative list with accreditation organisations.
The revised Code of Conduct has come into effect on the first of October 2022. The new version is applicable to students which will apply after the mentioned date. The Code of Conduct 2017 will also stay available for the time being.
Due to the measurements to prevent spreading of the coronavirus and the consequences for higher education the National Commission and the umbrella organisations, in consultation with the ministries of Education, Justice and Security, and the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, have agreed upon a guideline, that makes it possible for students to take the TOEFL iBT Home Edition language test. This language test is also accepted in the framework of the Code of Conduct when language test centres are closed or inaccesbile due to unsafe situations in a country. You will find the guideline below.
Moreover, you can find here the non-limitative list of accreditation organisations which fullfill the criteria of article 6.2 (old 5.2) of the Code of Conduct.
