Complaints
The National Commission
The National Commission is an independent organ with the responsibility of supervising the behaviour of the institutions of education concerning the Code of Conduct and wether they comply to it. The Commission can take measures against and give recommendations to the institutions.
The Commission also handles complaints which have been filed within the framework of the Code of Conduct.
The Commission has regular periodical meetings and works according to the rules, as stated in the Rules and Regulations.
Procedure
If you are of the opinion that an educational institution does not act in accordance with the Code of Conduct, you should first submit a complaint to the competent authority of the educational institution. The educational institution will ensure that existing or, if necessary, new internal complaint procedures are open for complaints within the framework of the Code of Conduct.If you are of the opinion that the educational institution has not handled a complaint properly or if you still believe that the educational institution does not comply with the Code of Conduct, you can submit your complaint and the response from the educational institution to the National Commission.
